The customization department has received your order and your specifications and will draft a sample. It is very important that you review this draft sample thoroughly so that we reduce the number of drafts to get to the logo that will go to production. Please watch for proper size, position, color, and presentation of your logo against the sample packaging. Take note of the logo customizations because we may need to sample the logo again. For the transparent PET spray bottles, is the logo clear? Will the color of the logo fade? For hot stamped cosmetic bottles, is the foiling smooth and clear without defects? Please respond to the draft quickly and with details so that we can refine the sample to get to a finished draft before it goes to production.
After getting the sample draft approved, the main production stage can now commence. Make sure to confirm the relevant details, such as order volume (keep in mind, in this case, there is a very low minimum order quantity as to accommodate small-batch customization) and production standards. Reliable suppliers implement stringent quality control systems, using new raw materials and multiple inspections throughout the production to guarantee that each customized packaging product is of high quality. At this stage, you can also confirm your logistics plan and the estimated time of arrival to ensure the products arrive on time.
When the production process concludes, the end products will be handed over to our collaborative third-party logistics provider and their real-time tracking capabilities. Once the products arrive, thoroughly evaluate the custom branded box. Each item’s logo should match the approved logo draft, including no color variances, clarity, and no visible damage. For large quantity orders, looking over a specific percentage of items will give a good idea of the overall quality.
