FAQ What services do you offer? C&R Packaging specializes in one-on-one personal service. We work by appointment only. Our goal is to help you promote your name and product to your customers. Utilizing color-coordination and style, we help you to create a look that is individual and special for you. What types of businesses do you work with? Our focus has been to assist the small privately-owned business such as boutiques, gift stores, hair salons, photography studios, restaurants, or any businesses that need to establish a “branding” for their packaging, clothing, and/or promotional items. What is the lead time to have customized packaging or products made? Depending on what the item is and where it is produced, lead times are anywhere from 2 weeks up to 3 months. The type of item determines how long the lead time will be. Proof approvals are required for custom items before work can be completed. If you need product immediately, stock items can be purchased while designing and selecting custom items. Promotional items can be rushed at an additional charge. What kind of art do I need? We can accept your artwork in Illustrator saved as an eps with fonts saved as outlines. Photoshop is also an acceptable format. If you need artwork to be created, C&R Packaging can assist you with layout suitable for the type of item to be customized. Art charges are additional at a minimum charge of $45 and generally run $90 per hour. How do we arrange an appointment? Please call, fax or email us to request an appointment. When do we get started? After our preliminary meeting, and your selection of items needed, C&R Packaging will require a 50% deposit before orders are placed for products. |
