Cynthia visited my shop 7 years ago to ask if I was interested in new packaging. I was incredibly resistant. I had been doing my own packaging for quite awhile and couldn’t imagine that she could offer anything new or better, at least not for what I was willing to spend. She persisted and wore me down. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I have made in retail. My packaging became so well-known that one of our gift bags arriving at an event became the focal point…our packaging became synonymous with fun and happiness which was the theme of our shop. She caught our essence, and we exploded. I sold that boutique, and when I decided to start again, she and Ron were my first phone call. This time we began my new venture together. It has been an excellent working relationship with enjoyable chats thrown in along the way. I count them among my friends and also my best resource for anything I can think of in the packaging arena. It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Cynthia and Ron. When starting to think about the development of my bags, Cynthia and Ron were so helpful in giving me so many options. I opened the boutique 5 years ago and I still get amazing responses from my customers in regards to how much they love my bags. Sometimes I think they are more excited to get another “Beautiful bag” rather than the merchandise inside. The bags are such a great marketing tool!
